About the Role:
SiyaLeadLink is looking for 5 energetic and goal-driven Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents to join their Sandton-based team. If you have experience in insurance or telephonic sales, and you thrive under pressure, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote insurance products
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Follow scripts and remain compliant with industry regulations
- Participate in training, coaching, and team reviews
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in insurance or outbound call centre sales
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- RE5 qualification preferred (but not required to apply)
- Clear background checks: DOFA, debarment, and MIE
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Target-driven and able to perform under pressure

Contract Details:
- 3-month fixed-term contract
- Full-time | Office-based in Sandton
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- No weekends | Shift work may apply to specific campaigns
- Base salary + performance incentives
